The 54-year-old actress – who said the same television son refused to say a fat joke aimed at her – starred as Dylan’s, now 31, mom on Disney Channel show The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody through all three seasons from 2005 to 2008.
Rhodes appeared on the Vulnerable With Christy Carlson Romano podcast where she emotionally claimed that an Disney executive had screamed at craft services that there should be ‘no more junk food’ until Dylan looked like his twin brother Cole who also starred on the program.
DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives from The Disney Channel and Dylan Sprouse and has yet to hear back.
The actress – who played single mother Carey Martin – said: ‘Someone of significant power came down to the craft service, which is where they have all the tasty food for all of those who don’t know, and screamed at the number of donuts and said “no more junk food until he looks like him again.”

Tears began to well in Rhodes’ eyes as she talked about the identical twins who played her sons.
She explained: ‘Dylan and Cole had different body types and in front of everyone Dylan was body shamed.’
Rhodes went on to say that she defended Dylan at the time as she ‘f***ing lit into’ the Disney Channel executive.
This came just days after Rhodes recalled one of her favorite memories from the beloved Disney Channel series The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody, which involved the aforementioned defending her.
The characters of Rhodes and the twin actors all lived in a suite at the Tipton Hotel in Boston where Carey worked as the lounge singer in the series.
During an appearance on the 90s/2000s podcast Back to the Best, Rhodes revealed that she became pregnant during filming, which led to various fat jokes on the show.
She revealed on the podcast that Dylan kept ‘skipping over’ the joke all week, but when it came to the taping, he stood his ground and fired a shot at the writers.
‘One of my favorite memories is Dylan had a line that was a fat joke, and he just kept skipping over it. It was in the middle of a chunk of dialogue. So he kept skipping over this laugh line,’ Rhodes began.

‘Finally we get to in front of the studio audience, and he skips it. The executive producer screams “Cut.” It’s the director’s job to cut by the way,’ she adds.
‘He goes, “Cut. Dylan, say the line.” He goes, “I would not disrespect any woman that way let alone this woman. You write something funny, and I’ll say it,”‘ Rhodes said.
‘That’s my little man. They’re both my little men,’ she said, adding that both Dylan and Cole, ‘defended me all the way through.’
Dylan and Cole – identical twins born just 15 minutes apart – started acting at just six months old, playing young Patrick on Grace Under Fire starring Brett Butler.
They both switched to feature films when Grace Under Fire went off the air, playing Julian in Adam Sandler’s Big Daddy and appearing alongside Charlize Theron in The Astronaut’s Wife.
While the twins were just 12 when The Suite Life of Zack and Cody debuted on Disney Channel in 2005, they both had 10 feature films and over 100 episodes of television under their belt.
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody aired for three seasons from 2005 to 2008, with the Sprouse twins moving on to The Suite Life on Deck, where they studied abroad.
That ran another three seasons from 2008 to 2011, with the show culminating with The Suite Life Movie in 2011.
