The X Factor star Ella Henderson showed off her gorgeous engagement ring at her birthday party, one week after getting engaged to Team GB swimmer Jack Burnell.
The singer was proud to showcase the rock, which is worth a whopping £70,000 according to MailOnline, as she celebrated her birthday a few days after her engagement in Mauritius.
She went on to share photos of her birthday weekend, which included incredible looking food, a huge cake and spending time with her new fiancé as she revealed she felt like "the luckiest woman alive".
In one post filled with photos of the celebration, Ella wrote: "Feeling like the luckiest woman alive right now!!
"Thank you soooo much for all your beautiful warm wishes for our engagement & my birthday!!! Big ups to @thelowryhotel for making the last few days landing back in the UK so special for us!! My heart is filled with so much love!! What a way to kickstart 2023!!
She went on to tease her fans about some exciting news, as she reference a photo of her looking surprised and said: "Pic 3 is my reaction to my team when they shared some very very exciting news with me yesterday – that I will be revealing with you all very soon!!!"
She continued to share photos from her birthday weekend in a second post, where she penned in the captioned: "What a wonderful weekend filled with so much love & surprises!! I feel absolutely spoilt rotten & it’s all down to this one," referring to the first pic of her fiancé.
"Ahhh… still on such a high right now & i don’t think I’m ever coming down!" which ended with a row of diamond ring emojis.
Ella shared multiple photos of her and Jack posing to the camera next to each other.
In another photo, Ella looked really excited about the tropical beach inspired birthday cake in front of her, which included her name written on the side, as the people around her are standing up, most likely celebrating the singer on her birthday.
She went on to share one final photo of her and Jack having dinner together with a buffet of Italian dishes before showing her in a relaxing bubble bath complete with candles and rose petals.
The happy couple met through a dating app during lockdown.
Speaking to OK! in early 2022, Ella opened up on her love life, saying: “The funniest thing about our relationship is that for the first eight to nine weeks, we didn’t physically meet.
"It was all done through a phone or FaceTime. We built up a great friendship and fell in love.”
