She has been hankering after a country life since lockdown, when she rented a country house near best pal Kate Moss for her and her family to escape London.

Now it seems that Sadie Frost has at last found her rural idyll, snapping up a £925,000 higgledy-piggledy two-bedroom thatched cottage, below, with breathtaking views over the Wiltshire countryside.

And Sadie, 57, who broke up with long-time partner Darren Strowger last year and sold her Primrose Hill Mansion for £8 million, has wasted no time in playing hostess.

She recently gathered her clan for her mum’s birthday, with model daughter Iris and musician son Rafferty popping in.

In fact Raff – Sadie’s son with former husband Judie Law – made himself right at home, mixing with locals at a nearby pub.
