WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!

While the finale premiered on The CW on Wednesday night (August 23), the extended version dropped on The CW app and on cwtv.com.

The extended version extends to when Jughead is talking to Betty in the Dark Room. He adds that Chery’s brother Julian dies in Vietnam after becoming a “lost soul,” Nan Rose ends up “reincarnated several times,” and Principal Weatherbee and Miss Thornton get married.

He also reveals that Sheriff Keller and Uncle Frank were in a secret romance, and they were later murdered by a hustler they picked up. That hustler’s name was Chic (the name of Betty’s long-lost brother, of course!).

We then see Betty not wanting to go to Cheryl’s party because she doesn’t want to say goodbye, but Jughead convinces her to.

At the end, we get an extended look at her car ride to Riverdale, where she says, “Goodbye Riverdale. It was wonderful getting to grow up here.”

Also among the reveals in the finale is that Betty, Jughead, Veronica and Archie were in a quad relationship their final year of school!

If you didn’t know, the final season will also be added to Netflix NEXT Friday (August 31).
