Goggleboxstar Baasit Siddiqui has shared a rare snap of his wife in celebration of the couple’s tenth wedding anniversary.
Baasit, 35, whoappears on the popular Channel 4 showwith brother Umar, 42, and dad Sid, shared the sweet snaps in a series of family photos on his Instagram.
The series includes pictures from the couple’s wedding day and a couple including their two children.
Baasit captioned the pictures with a sweet message to wife, Melissa, which reads: “Happy ten year anniversary to the most amazing wife, mummy, friend and soul mate.
“The last ten years have been full of laughter, love and adventure. Thank you so much @melissasiddiqui for everything that you do.
“If I spent the next ten years explaining how much you mean to me, it still wouldn’t be enough. Love you” followed by a red heart emoji.
Fellow Gogglebox stars Dave and Shirley commented on the sweet post, writing: “Happy anniversary to you both, love dave and shirley xx”
And Daniel Lustig-Webb commented: “Happy anniversary [heart eye emoji].”
Fans of the TV personality also shared their congratulations, with one describing the bizarre events of her own tenth wedding anniversary, writing: “Don’t take Melissa for a hot air balloon ride like my hubby did for our 10th.
“We crashed into a tree and then went into the ground like a dart and I spent our anniversary in surgery having my leg put back together!”
“It wasn’t a sign of things to come thankfully…we’ve been happily married for over 30 years now. Have wonderful celebrations with your lovely family, and all the very best for your future.”
To which Baasit joked: “So glad you’re okay now and the marriage is thriving still. I’m cancelling the balloon ride as we speak.”
The Siddiqui family previouslyshared a snap featuring the entire family, including mum Nasreen, to celebrate Gogglebox’s BAFTA win.
They captioned the post: “We got to celebrate the BAFTA today. Despite nearly ten years and nineteen series of being on Gogglebox, it's still so amazing and surreal to be able to say we are part of a BAFTA winning show.
“Thank you everyone so much for the incredible kind words, love and support. Love from the whole Siddiqui family.”
Fans of the family flocked to the comments to share their delight at seeing the family all together.
One said: "Lovely to see you all together."
While another added: “Aww so nice to see your mum x."
And a third commented: “Aw so lovely to see all the Siddiquis together, never fail to make me laugh. Well done.”
