Bonnie Wright, who played Ginny in the entire Harry Potter series, has announced that she and her husband Andrew Lococo had welcomed their first child with an adorable Instagram post.

“Say hello to Elio Ocean Wright Lococo born at home on Tuesday 19th September,” the Hollywood star began her caption.

“We’re all healthy and happy. Andrew and I are so in love with our sun. (sic)

She also thanked some “angels” for visiting her new little family “during these healing postpartum days.”

Bonnie ended her post with a touching shoutout to her husband.

 “Andrew my rock throughout birth quite literally as I squeezed onto you so tight and you never wavered. Elio has the most tender loving papa,” she concluded.

Back in April, Bonnie announced that she and Andrew were expecting a baby with a beautiful post on Instagram with the couple posing on top of a hill while she cradled her baby bump.

Andrew first popped up on Bonnie’s social media in 2020.

The couple tied the knot in 2022.

A year after her wedding Bonnie and Andrew shared photos of the occasion which took place on one of the Harry Potter star’s friend’s farms.

For her wedding, Bonnie chose a boho-style tiered dress, while Andrew wore a crisp suit with a yellow flower.

“We wanted it to be intimate and people to feel present and relaxed,” she explained of her laid-back ceremony.

“Our vision was to make it both a celebration of love and community. The ceremony took place amongst rows of growing vegetables, so there was already a lot of color!”

She previously admitted how she was disappointed by Ginny’s lack of screen time in the fantasy franchise.
