January this year saw Countryfile favourite and current Strictly finalist Helen Skelton truly transform her home following the completion of an incredible renovation project.
Helen lives in Yorkshire with two sons Ernie, six, and Louis, four, as well as 11-month-old daughter Elsie Kate, all of whom she shares with estranged husband, rugby player Richie Myler, from whom she split from in April.
Helen and her youngsters share a rural cottage which they recently renovated after calling it a "little old quirky building that didn’t make sense".
Prior to their split, Helen and ex Richie – who is already expecting another child with new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill – transformed the tired cottage into their dream forever home, and the results of the renovation are incredible.
Interior lovers will be swooning over the before and after pictures of the property overhaul.
Snaps of the completed kitchen area have already been dubbed "kitchen porn" by fans on Instagram.
The room features gorgeous teal cupboards, a huge butler sink and fitted cabinets that fit perfectly in the snug space, making the most of the whole room.
There is also a white marble-topped kitchen island with two bespoke wooden stools.
The downstairs appears to be open plan after the couple knocked through the walls to create a larger, lighter space.
The children’s bedroom features a stunning light wood bunk bed and cute reading snug full of comfy cushions.
They can also have fun playing on their indoor swing or climbing wall.
The master bedroom features an altogether more grown-up Chesterfield style sleigh bed and grey bedside table.
The home also features an impressive two-acre garden which is perfectly pruned and full of homegrown fruit and vegetables.
Helen admitted that it was the garden that initially piqued their interest in the property.
"We bought it for the garden — that was the main pull," Helen told Country Living. "We found a tiny broken house with a two-acre garden.
"My dad saw it and said 'it's a terrible idea', but then he saw the garden and said 'you can't live here.' She's an old house that someone put a lot of love into, especially in the garden."
Helen, who grew up in rural Cumbria, rose to fame as a presenter on kids TV show Blue Peter.

However, in the wake of the unexpected break-up from her husband, Helen’s confidence was said to have been “knocked”.
A show source told OK! in the aftermath of their announcement: "Helen’s confidence has been knocked to shreds but Gorka knows she has the ability to win. She needs to learn to believe in herself and Gorka is helping her to feel that.
"A lot of the other stars think she’s going to win this, too."
