Jade Goody's son Bobby Brazier was spotted looking very cheery with his co-star Ellie Dadd on Tuesday 9 August.
Bobby, 19, is the son of presenter Jeff Brazier and the late TV personality Jade Goody, who died in 2009 from cervical cancer.
Heading to film their EastEnders scenes, Bobby and Ellie were all smiles as they looked back at the cameras with Bobby putting the thumbs up.
While Bobby wore a green polo shirt and white shorts, Ellie sported a chic mint green dress and sandals.
Bobby plays the character of Little Mo's son Freddie Slater, while newcomer Ellie will portray Amy Mitchell.
Bobby's EastEnders role was announced back in July and fans soon shared their excitement ahead of the teenager's TV debut, while Bobby himself couldn't wait to get started.
In a statement, he said: “I’m really excited to be joining the cast of EastEnders – so far it’s been perfect. Everybody has been so beautiful to me and made settling in easier than I could’ve hoped.
“Stepping into the acting world has always been a vision of mine and doing that with EastEnders as a Slater is a blessing, I’m very grateful.
“Loving every minute of Freddie so far and can’t wait to see what’s in store for him in Walford.”
EastEnders’ executive producer Chris Clenshaw said of Bobby's character: “Freddie Slater is a chaotic 18-year-old with a sensitive soul.
"A modern-day lad who’s in touch with his spiritual side. He’s philosophical, accepting, but full of mischief and makes mistakes.
“Bobby is an amazing young addition to the EastEnders cast who brings heart and humility to the role of Freddie Slater and I can’t wait for audiences to get to know him.”
The character of Freddie was born after Little Mo, who was played by Kacey Ainsworth, was raped by Graham Foster.
When she refused to terminate the pregnancy, Little Mo's marriage with Billy Mitchell, played by Perry Fenwick, ended.
While EastEnders marks Bobby's big screen debut, it's far from his first brush with showbiz. As a child, he often accompanied mum Jade to events, and later became a hugely successful model after being scouted in a branch of Costa.
