Rollercoaster week in the villa

Not only am I gobsmacked that not one of the Casa Amor couples survived, but after Jacques’ shock departure, it’s left me wondering what the future holds for Paige.

She’s definitely feeling comforted by her new bombshell Adam, especially now they’re a couple, but is Jacques still in the back of her mind?

I’m mostly shocked by Tasha being back with Andrew so quickly – and now they’re official. I just hope she’s sure of this decision…

And even though I’m over the moon that Danica has finally been picked by someone that’s into her – Billy – I still do feel like there’s more of a vibe between him and Gemma!

I wonder if Luca – ‘Mr I love you’ – can feel that too?

Con-graz!

Last weekend, I’d planned to fly out to Italy to the wedding of my dear friend and Strictly partner Graziano di Prima, who tied the knot to his beautiful fiancée and fellow dancer Giada Lini.

Even though I was gutted to miss it, I’m so pleased for the happy couple – it looked like a stunning day filled with such happiness.

It’s been beautiful to know both Graz and Giada this last year, they both bring such joy to everyone around them.

Sending them lots of love and a lifetime of unity, love and blessings.

Sending Mo my love

Last week, Sir Mo Farrah revealed he’d been illegally trafficked into the UK from Somalia as a child and that he was born with a different name.

My thoughts and prayers are with Mo’s family during this difficult time. This serves as a reminder that you never know what someone has gone through.

I just pray that Mo’s announcement is met with respect as opposed to ignorance, as some may use the words ‘illegal’ and ‘trafficked’ to imply that Mo did something wrong.

He was an innocent child wrapped up in an unthinkable situation.

His trauma doesn’t define him. Mo will always be a national treasure.

Baby love

I was over the moon this week to learn that the baby skincare range launched by proud parents, UK hip-hop star Casyo “Krept” Johnson and Sasha Ellese, has been a huge success.

The range was named after their precious daughter Nala, who has struggled with eczema since birth, and it has completely sold out!

This is such an incredible achievement for their family.

Being born and bred in South London, not only has Krept made an impressive name for himself in the rap industry, but he has now created further wealth and a long-lasting legacy for his family.

Special tribute

This week, I discovered that Oprah Winfrey – who sadly lost her father Vernon Winfrey earlier this month – actually celebrated his life with the rest of her family in a special ceremony before he passed away.

It must have been beautiful to say everything you’ve ever wanted to say to your loved one before losing them.

It’s the best possible tribute you could give someone, and reminds us to always let our loved ones know how special they are before they pass on.

My love and prayers are with her family.
