Prince William and Kate will be heading out to watch the Royal Variety Performance at the Royal Albert Hall on Thursday, 30 November.

While they'll be joined by Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, the Prince and Princess of Wales will not have their children with them.

However with the event finishing late in the evening, the Princess, 41, reportedly told them: "Not on a school night."
