Katie Price reportedly had police called to her home in Sussex on Monday 21 November, after claims of a massive row with her now-ex Carl Woods.
The police said they were called to a domestic disturbance at 9pm, but the situation is ongoing so are unable to release further information yet.
No arrests were made on the scene, according to the statement.
Former Love Island star Carl, 33, made the announcement he and former glamour model Katie had split up on his Instagram stories today.
The star's explosive statement claimed the mum-of-five had cheated on him by sleeping with another man.
The bombshell video saw Carl telling his followers that the reason he was no longer in a relationship with the 44 year old, after two years, was due to her being unfaithful.
He explained he was "embarrassed" to share the news, but felt it was important to share his side of the story and reasons on why the couple had called it quits.
OK! has contacted Katie and Carl's representatives for comment.
OK! has contacted Sussex Police for comment, but a spokesperson for the force told The Sun: "We responded to a report of a domestic incident.
"Officers attended to conduct a welfare check. Enquiries are ongoing and there is no further information at this stage."
Carl explained to fans in his video today that there was "no easy way" to break the news of his break up, and was reeling from the knowledge that Katie had allegedly cheated on him.
"So, there's no easy way for me to say this and to be honest with you, it's quite embarrassing," the star began. "But me and Kate, are not together anymore. I found out yesterday that Katie cheated on me. She's admitted that she cheated on me. She slept with somebody else.
"So yeah, that's the end of that. I guess I'm just gonna focus on rebuilding myself and get my life back on track," Carl went on. "And concentrating on me, but that's done."
Katie has not yet commented on Carl's video and the cheating allegations.
Conversely, she posted a cute snap of her cuddling her eldest son Harvey, 20, on her social media Tuesday morning.
"Morning cuddles with my @officialmrharveyprice," the reality TV beauty captioned it.
Katie and Carl first started dating in June 2020, but have had a rollercoaster relationship ever since.
The former couple seemed stronger than ever as they travelled to Thailand on holiday, and were trying for a baby together.
