Kelly Clarkson kicked off her Vegas residency with a bang! Well, with a rejection of a bang, really…

The Since U Been Gone singer was presented with a female fan’s sign that let her know in no uncertain terms that she was open to a lesbian one night stand! It read:

“My girlfriend gave me a hall pass for you.”

Kelly called out the sign, saying she was flattered:

“If I was into chicks, I’d take up the offer.”

Immediately afterward, however, she quipped:

“I just unfortunately like d**ks.”

Ha! It’s such a great line! Sure, there’s the obvious — but it’s also a witty way to throw a teensy bit of shade her ex’s way! After her messy divorce with Brandon Blackstock, one could imagine why she found it “unfortunate” that she was into men in general. But also she could have been referring to him as a “d**k”! Clever!
