She's previously spoken about falling out with her former bandmate Natasha Hamilton while touring Australia in 2017, but Kerry Katona says there's no hard feelings and she wishes Natasha all the best as she prepares to give birth.
Kerry explains she'd read that her former Atomic Kitten star – who's pregnant with her fifth child – went to hospital recently after suffering strange symptoms. In her column, Kerry recalls ringing Natasha after her daughter Dylan-Jorge momentarily stopped breathing seconds after being born.
The 42-year-old said, "When I had the traumatic birth with DJ where she momentarily died, Natasha was the first person I called – we were really close at the time. Obviously me and the Atomic Kitten girls have since had our differences, but I wish both Natasha and Liz [McClarnon] nothing but love, joy, peace and success."
She adds, "I hope Natasha has a beautiful and amazing birth. I have no hatred or qualms with those girls. I’m a 43 year old woman with five kids, I’m not in the playground. I’m so grateful to Atomic Kitten – I wouldn’t be where I am without them. I’ve had some wonderful memories with them."

Also in her column Kerry reveals her eldest daughter Molly is flying back to England from Ireland. Kerry says, "Molly’s coming home from Ireland this week and Lilly’s home from London, so having all five kids together will be lovely. We’re all going to the cinema to watch Barbie – Ryan and Max included. I can’t wait – I promised Molly we’d wait for her so we can all watch it together. Then in a couple of weeks, six of us are off to Marbella on holiday.
"Our Lily can’t make it as she’s working, but she had two holidays last year and Molly didn’t have any, so Molly’s coming with us this year. It’ll be her 22nd birthday while we’re out there and mine on the day that we fly back, but we’ll celebrate both our birthdays out there. I can’t wait for some sunshine after this awful weather."
Last week, Kerry was accused by social media users of having liposuction to achieve her weight loss. in her column, she bites back and says, "hard work and determination" and the reasons behind her body overhaul.
"Last week I saw some comments from people online saying my weight loss was due to liposuction. Listen, everyone knows I’ve had lipo, tummy tucks and uplifts in the past, but I have actually done this recent weight loss myself. If you look at the picture, you can see all the marks from my previous lipo and tummy tuck. I’ve been sliced and diced like an IKEA flat pack over the years, but this time I have done this through hard work and determination," Kerry says.
"I’m sure I’ll have more work done in the future – you know me, I can’t say no, but at the moment, the weight loss is solely down to me and the Francis diet. I’d actually love to compete in bodybuilding and document it in a film, a bit like what Jodie Marsh did. I think it would be really good, especially at my age, to show people you can do it if you put the hard work in.
Along with doing a bodybuilding show, Kerry also has her sights set on appearing in Strictly Come Dancing after seeing this year's new line-up.
Kerry said, "I’m not that impressed with the Strictly Come Dancing line up so far – mainly because I’m not on it! The only person I know so far is Adam Thomas. I’ve met him a few times and he’s a lovely bloke. I would love to go on the show myself – you lose so much weight when you’re on that!
"I don’t know if having an Only Fans account has held me back from being offered it. Perhaps the BBC don’t agree with it, but you’ve got to move with the times. I love BBC and I do radio work with them, but I would really love to do Strictly. It’s the only reality show I haven’t done!"
Meanwhile, as a self-confessed Prince Harry fan, Kerry defends Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's decision to buy the film rights to a book that has a character who loses a parent in a car crash.
"Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have bought the film rights to a novel called Meet Me at the Lake. One of the characters has a parent who dies and some people are saying Harry is cashing in on Diana’s death. I completely disagree.
"The man lost his mother and that is a traumatising thing to go through. This is maybe just his way of expressing it and letting other people who have gone through the same thing relate. I like Harry a lot and really enjoyed listening to his audio book, especially the singing. It made me laugh!"
