Kourtney Kardashian has been spotted leaving the hospital with Travis Barker, following the news that he has cancelled some gigs due to a "family emergency."

When the news was announced, some fans began to think that Kourtney was about to go into labour, but she appears to still be pregnant.

The couple were spotted leaving a Los Angeles hospital on Saturday, 2 September, and getting into a black SUV with security following behind them.

Forty seven year old Travis was pictured wearing a black T-shirt with white sleeves with a white T-shirt over it, paired with black ripped jeans and a pair of black trainers.

Kourtney, 44, looked comfy as she wore a silky grey pyjama set, with chunky grey trainers, and a pair of sunglasses.

Her outfit showed off her growing baby bump.

The famous Kardashian family have been quiet about the ongoing situation with Kourtney and Travis.

However, Travis' ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, spoke to TMZ about the emergency on Friday, 1 August.

She said that she "didn't know" what was going on, but she did confirm that the two children they share, Alabama Luella Barker, 17, and Landon Asher Barker, 19, are "safe and sound."

Before adding that Travis' adoptive daughter, Atiana De La Hoya was also alright.

While she didn't give much away, she did touch on the Blink-182 cancellations, explaining: "Whenever they [Blink-182] have to cancel shows, it's a really big deal."

The rock band announced the sad news in a statement posted to Instagram on Friday.

They told their fans: "Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States. The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed.

"More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available."

Kourtney announced her pregnancy at a Blink 182 gig earlier this year as she held up a sign that read: "Travis, I'm Pregnant."

Since then, Kourtney has been snapped showing off her blossoming baby bump, while recently Travis has been talking about names for the little one.

He appeared on the Complex's GOAT Talk video series with his daughter Alabama, and he revealed that he loved the title Rocky Thirteen.

The name came from one of Travis' favourite characters in the film True Romance, but Alabama wasn't a fan of his name choice.

Travis explained: "That's this name that's been going through my head lately."

However, Alabama was quick to say that it is a "bad" name.
