Leigh-Anne Pinnock sends Little Mix fans wild as she confirms band ‘definitely will reunite’

Leigh-Anne Pinnock has opened up about a potential Little Mix renuion, confirming that it is definitely on the cards for the future.

The band, which consisted of Leigh-Anne, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Jesy Nelson, rose to fame after winning The X Factor in 2011.

Then in 2020, Jesy announced that she would be leaving the band, two years later the remaining trio then announced that the band would be taking a hiatus from performing as Little Mix.

Since then Leigh-Anne has released her first single Don't Say Love, which immediately became the highest new entry on the Official Charts.

Now the singer has teased a potentiel Little Mix reunion, telling The Sun: "We Definitely will [reunite].

"But I mean, we've literally been solo for like two seconds and the other guys haven't even released yet, you know? So we have like time that we need to just be on our own. I guess."

And while Leigh-Anne, Jade, and Perrie may reunite, it appears that there is still some bad blood between the trip and their ex-bandmate Jesy.

Leigh-Anne recently shared a post on Instagram commemorating the band's 12-year anniversary, but noticeably did not mention Jesy, as she referred to Jade and Perrie as her "angels."

And earlier this year Jesy confirmed that she had not spoken to her former bandmates in two years, and has since appeared to reference their falling out in a new song.

Teasing her upcoming release on TikTok, Jesy sang: "I heard a rumour you were out here spreading rumours, I know you were. So consumed with knowing what I’m doing.

"I swear I used to know you like nobody else, so that’s maybe why it hurt me more when you tore me down . . . Tryna paint me like I’m stupid. Honey, you never knew me like I know myself."

Some speculated that this could be about one of, or all three of, her former bandmates.

And this wouldn’t be the first time the former bandmates had taken a swipe through their lyrics, as Little Mix previously released Cut You Off, which was thought to be about Jesy after she left the band.

The lyrics in the song said: "Nothing lasts for ever, but I really thought we could. I know there’ll be tears, but it’s worth a broken heart. If I can’t protect my energy, I gotta cut you off."
