Kyle takes to his Instagram account to announce that the two have split just days after they confirmed their romance in the final moments of the third episode of ‘After the Altar’ season 2.
AceShowbiz -“Love Is Blind” stars Kyle Abrams and Deepti Vempati‘s romance ends so quick. Kyle announced on Instagram that the two have split just days after they confirmed their romance on the popular Netflix reality TV franchise.
On Monday, September 19, Kyle wrote to his followers, “I understand many of you are curious as to where Deepti and I stand today. Since After the Alter was filmed, we decided to go our separate ways early summer. Thank you to everyone who has followed our journey through ardous vulnerability and has supported us along the way.”
Kyle went on to say that he already moves on with someone else. “I have since embarked on a new relationship which I intend to keep private for a bit,” he shared. The reality TV star concluded, “As for what the future holds, I have not clue. Going forward I plan to live each day in the present without any regret.”
His “Love Is Blind” co-stars showed support to him in the comments section. “Don’t worry everyone. I’ll paparazzi the s**t out of them. keep your head on a swivel,” Shayne Jansen wrote.
As for Deepti, she has yet to address the split. Instead, she took to Instagram to promote her new book, “I Choose Myself”, which came out on September 19. “The day has finally come-where I put my heart and soul out there for you to read,” Deepti began in her Instagram post announcing the official launch of her book, which seemingly will see her talking about the split.
“I’ve said this before: vulnerability connects us. I’m choosing to share moments of my entire life, both dark and light. I hope that by sharing my story, it resonates with at least one person out there to learn from my journey. I also hope that it inspires you to see that change is possible. Growth is possible. Choosing yourself is possible,” Deepti continued.
Kyle and Deepti were contemplating about taking their relationship to the next level before eventually confirming their relationship in the final moments of the third episode of “Love Is Blind: After the Altar” season 2. “I want to just start a relationship – like a legitimate relationship with you,” Kyle told Deepti.
He added that he wanted to “be exclusive” rather than “just, like, in limbo.” Deepti then responded, “We’re going to actually try this?” To that, Kyle added, “Yeah, sure. I want to.”
Kyle previously explained what made him hesitate. “I put so much pressure on myself because I was like, ‘I don’t want this to fail,’ ” he explained to PEOPLE. “I was hesitant to jump in for that reason because she was my best friend. And if it doesn’t work out, you kind of lose the friendship. Because if you break up for whatever reason – and I wasn’t planning to breakup – but you always have to think about what happens after.”
He continued, “I’ve been in that situation where you start dating your best friend and then you break up. You can’t really see that person anymore because it’s not fair to your future person. I wouldn’t want my current girlfriend to be hanging out with her ex-boyfriend. It’s not cool. I don’t think anyone would like that.”
