Love Island fans rooting for Will as he hits it off with Aussie bombshell Jessie

Fans of Love Island are rooting for TikTok farmer Will Young after he hit it off with new Aussie bombshell Jessie Wynter.

Will has had a tough time of things so far, after failing to be picked when he entered the villa as one of the first five male housemates.

He ended up in a couple with Olivia after newcomer Tanyel Revan stole Olivia's original choice Kai Fagan from her clutches.

Despite showing interest in a few of the girls, including Lana Jenkins, Will has so fair failed to garner much interest from the female Islanders.

He found himself in the bottom two with David Salako in last week's recoupling, as Lana was the last person to pick and ended up coupling up with him, leaving David the first to be booted from the Island.

Whilst Lana, who has been heating things up with Ron, made it clear to Will that she doesn't see a romantic connection with him, it seems that newcomer Jessie might.

She and Will bonded over their love of the country, as will is a farmer from Buckinghamshire, whilst Jessie grew up in Tasmania.

Will said: “Loving it, same, everyone in here is like city people and I’m a little country boy.”

Jessie went on to say: “I feel like you kind of don’t strike me as the kind of guy to be in an office, I feel like it’s a country thing because I’m the same.”

As the pair continued to bond over their shared interests, Will called Jessie as a “10/10”.

Jessie replied: “You’re obviously gorgeous as well, you really are.”

A clearly-smitten Will later told her: “I can’t stop looking at your eyes, your eye contact is so good.”

Fans of the show have been rooting for Will, as one person tweeted: "Manifesting that jessie and will get married #LoveIsland."

Another wrote: Jessie please like Will #loveisland," whilst a third said: "It’s not a want it’s I need Jessie to fall for will #loveisland."

A fourth tweeted: "Will & jessie yess im so happy for will #loveisland "

Before she entered the villa, Jessie said that she had her sights set on Will, as she said her "dream" is to have a big farm.

She told The Sun : “My dream is to have a big farm with six or seven kids. So Farmer Will certainly interests me."

She continued: "I’m not the best farmer. I gave it a crack and I can pretend I’m a good farmer. Farmer Will definitely does interest me.

"I’m from Australia, I’m a country girl, speaking to people who have grown up in that similar environment will be great."
