Love Island viewers slammed Lana Jenkins for kissing Ron Hall just minutes after dumping Casey O’Gorman on Tuesday’s episode.
After shocking the villa and recoupling with Casey, the blonde beauty made a U-turn when she admitted that her heart is still with Ron.
And after telling Ron how she felt, the pair sealed the deal with a steamy smooch in full view of the other islanders, causing viewers to brand her ‘heartless’ and ‘distrustful’.
Taking to Twitter fans were quick to air their views, with several not happy with the way Lana went about things.
‘Lana plss I beg u have some semblance of self respect, it’s literally been a day since you ‘binned’ Ron off’ fumed one viewer.

Earlier in the evening, Lana opted to tell Casey the truth, after they had shared a bed and she wished she’d been with Ron.
Pulling him for a chat in the garden, she said: ‘I do still feel like my heart’s somewhere else.’
Lana went onto tell him: ‘I need to maybe have my time with Ron, I recoupled with you for a reason, I think you’re amazing, I think you’re really handsome and you’re such a great guy.’

Undeterred, Lana later set her sights on Ron, telling him: ‘When I coupled up with Casey, I probably made a bit of a rash decision.’
