Love Island’s Paige sends fans wild as she says one couple still together is ‘faking relationship’

Paige Thorne has said only two of the three remaining Love Island couples are genuine, with one of them being fake.

The former Love Island contestant, who partnered with infamous bad boy Adam Collard until they were dumped on day 56, appeared on TikTok's GKBarry’s podcast, Saving Grace.

“Who are the fakest couple to come out of Love Island?” Grace, 23, asked Paige.

Paige, 24, replied: "All I'm going to say on this right is there are how many couples left? Three. Three couples left – really there are only two. But that's a secret I'll never tell!"

According to Paige, The three remaining couples are winners, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti, Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page and Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope.

In the comments, many fans discussed who they thought the fake couple are, with one user penning: “Weirdly enough I’m actually quite confident in it not being tasha and andrew, they seem solid even after all the mess.”

Another wrote: "I think she was jealous of skin and davide from day one.”

“I’m starting to think I’m the only non gullible person left. I knew Ekin and davide did not like eachother from the very beginning,” another fan pointed out.

Some TikTok users were confused with Paige’s statement, given that Luca Bish and Gemma Owen are still dating.

Earlier this month, Gemma, 19, told OK! That she and Luca are “so happy” despite living apart.

Gemma, who is the daughter of former footballer Michael Owen, is currently staying with family in Cheshire, while Luca is in Brighton.

She explained: “We’re living separately, but it’s fine.

“Whenever we’re free, he’ll either come up to Cheshire or I’ll go down to Brighton.”

She added: “If we’re both busy in London, we’ll always find time [to see each other]. But at the moment I’m still in Cheshire because I’ve got everything there.”

While the couple is not moving as fast as other couple’s from the show, Gemma previously detailed Luca’s lavish proposal, where he asked her to be his girlfriend.

She said: “We obviously decided to wait a little longer than other couples to make it official.

“I think he felt, not exactly pressure, but I think he felt everyone’s eyes were on him.

“He felt people were waiting for him to do something big – as if he almost owed everyone something at least.”

Luca presented his ITV girlfriend with red roses and a Cartier bracelet, which made Gemma “so happy.”
