Loved up royals Mike and Zara Tindall arrive hand in hand in matching looks at races

Mike and Zara Tindall arrived hand in hand at Cheltenham Festival today, Tuesday 14 March, for the first day of the races.

The pair rocked up in coordinating outfits, with mum-of-three Zara wearing a beautiful double breasted longline coat which she paired with tailored navy blue trousers and a blue blouse with ruffle detailing on the front.

To complete the look, Zara, 41, sported a burgundy hat with a bow and a pair of statement earrings.

Meanwhile, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Mike, 44, looked dapper in a navy blue two-piece suit, paired with a burgundy tie – which perfectly matched Zara’s coat – and a light blue shirt.

The last time Zara was seen at Cheltenham was back in January, where Princess Anne’s daughter cut a stylish figure in a £1,000 ensemble.

Zara donned an incredible chic "Astoria" tweed coat from designer Jane Atelier, paired with a rich forest green turtle-neck jumper and sleek black gloves, a black cross-body bag and a rather special hair piece for the annual Festival Trials Day.

Zara showed off her accessory prowess with a stylish £440 "Mazzy" green and gold hairband by Jess Collett Milliner, which added some glitz and glamour to the favourite royal's ensemble.

Zara has long loved horse riding – both as a profession and pastime.

After welcoming her third child Lucas, who is soon to be two, Zara made her professional horse riding return six months later and represented Britain in the FEI Nations Cup, Gloucestershire Live reported at the time.

A few months after that, Zara herself raced at Cheltenham in March 2022 where she was supported by her husband and kids.

Zara’s return to her job came after the mum-of-three candidly admitted that it can prove difficult “getting your body back” after giving birth.

Speaking to husband Mike earlier this year on his YouTube channel, the 41 year old reflected on riding after giving birth to her first child, Mia, in 2014: "It was hard getting your body back when you've been riding for 25 years, and then your body is just completely not doing that.

"Your muscles [are] doing nothing and stretching and creating an amazing thing but it's completely different.

"Trying to get your body back to where it was, I found, was hard work.”

Despite the hard work, Zara persisted to return to horse riding and appears to have since passed her love of horses onto her daughter, Lena.
