Luisa Zissman shows off 18lb weight loss and admits she ‘still partied’ to get results

Luisa Zissman has shown off her impressive weight loss, which she managed to achieve while still living life to the full.

In some before-and-after snaps posted to Instagram, the former Apprentice star showed off her washboard abs, while sporting a pink bikini. And another snap saw her pose while in the gym while wearing a pink sports bra and leggings.

Luisa's personal trainer shared some of the photos to his own Instagram, which he captioned: "This is Luisa,

Luisa has lost 8kg (18lbs) in the last 5 months, whilst still living life how she wants! Celebrating her birthday in style, partying, socialising, entertaining, running a huge podcast… the list goes on."

The former Celebrity Big Brother star then added her own messages, which read: "I feel amazing! So fit, healthy and strong. I’ve never been fitter in my life!

"I love the definition in my arms & abs and there is no better feeling than that rush after 5am workout with Ted. I have so much energy now too. Ted is amazing and I couldn’t have gotten here without him Thanks Ted."

Earlier this year Luisa jetted off to St Tropez to celebrate her 36th birthday in style, as she and her pals boarded a luxury yacht for a "slags and sailors" themed party.

Luisa previously made headlines when she launched into a foul-mouthed rant about striking NHS workers on her podcast.

At the time, Luisa, who is married to multi-millionaire businessman Andrew Collins, branded NHS workers “irresponsible” and “jumped up t****” after it was announced that would be striking over low pay.

Speaking on her LuAnna podcast, saying: “When you’re in this industry it’s completely irresponsible to strike and put people’s lives at risk. Sorry, it’s unacceptable.

“You have a child that’s waiting for a transplant and that kid doesn’t get that heart because of some f****** jumped-up t****.

“I’m sorry, but you chose. When you went into that profession, you haven’t gone in blind. You know what that pay is for that profession. Every profession has a pay, an account, a teacher…so don’t go into it then.”

The outspoken star went on to say that NHS workers shouldn’t have joined the job if they were going to be concerned over their pay.

Luis continued: “It f**** me off. Just don’t do that job. Then the salaries would naturally go up because they’d have to do a drive for recruitment, because the services would be struggling so they’d have to pay more to attract people to do the job, but when you’re already got people doing it or have done it…"
