Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly planning to renew their wedding vows in the US – with Netflix camera crews invited but "only one" family member.
It's rumoured that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who were married on 29 May 2018, are looking to hold the new ceremony later this year with plans for a second honeymoon.
Netflix crews have followed followed Harry, 37, and Meghan, 41, around for months filming a new fly-on-the-wall series, with the US streaming giant said to be pressuring the Prince to include "controversial" scenes.
The reports follow the news that the couple will return to the UK next month to attend charity events, following their visit for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in June.
Their trip scheduled reportedly includes no plans to see Harry's brother Prince William and Kate Middleton, though it has been suggested the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge a re too "extremely busy" to see them anyway.
Rumours of the Sussexes' vow renewal plans have not gone down well with some critics, with royal biographer and journalist Angela Levin tweeting: "It surely can't be true that Harry and Meghan want to renew their wedding vows, but this time in USA.
“'It will be a second honeymoon too, I'm told. I am sure Netflix will love it but I wonder how many family members will be invited."
According to Heat magazine, Meghan and Harry want to hold a “woke ceremony” but are still deciding on the venue, type of ceremony and how many guests to invite.
Their source said: “Meghan’s mum Doria will be on the list, but she’ll be the only family member.
“Then there will be a handful of their close US friends – like Katherine and David [Foster], Janina [Gavankar], possibly Priyanka and Nick Jonas – but, obviously, it’ll all depend on their schedules.
“There’ll be roles for the kids and they’ll write their own vows. The grand plan is to turn it into a big family vacation that will also serve as a second honeymoon."
Meanwhile, former royal butler Grant Harrold has claimed Meghan is set for an "awkward" meeting with The Queen during the upcoming trip.
It follows claims that The Queen said "thank goodness Meghan isn't coming" ahead of Prince Philip's funeral last year.
Grant said the alleged comment will likely "hang in the air" and won't be discussed if they were to visit Harry's grandmother.
