Miley Cyrus issued a heartfelt tribute to her mother Tish Cyrus-Purcell’s wedding to Dominic Purcell, where she was the maid of honor.
The 56-year-old got married to Prison Break’s Lincoln Burrows star on Friday, with a lavish yet intimate ceremony at Miley’s stunning Malibu home.
In a series of Instagram posts, Tish gave her 1.2 million followers insight into the nuptials which featured an impressive backdrop of the sunset and the scenic Pacific Ocean.
The celebration which was photographed by Vogue, saw the newlyweds looking loved-up as they posed in front of the view, surrounded by a bed of white petals and candles.
There was also a sweet family photo which included Tish’s children Miley, Brandi, 36, and Trace, 34, while Braison, 29, and Noah, 23 were noticeably missing.

In the third photo, Tish and Dominic displayed their love for the cameras as they shared a loving kiss.
Miley appeared to also be thrilled for her mother as she gushed: “[My mom] was always the one getting me ready for big days.
“She has never stopped celebrating me and has been so supportive of my decisions, I feel honored to be that person for her, now that I’m older.”
Speaking to Vogue, the singer continued: “To see my mom this happy and in love is very emotional for me.

“Dom and my mom share the sweetest, most genuine love. It’s almost like it’s for the first time, which is so fitting for my mom who is such a young soul.
“The day was as special and magical as they are. To stand beside my mother and give her away to Dom is a moment I will cherish for the rest of my life.”
Elsewhere in the publication, Tish opened up about her gown and stated: “The dress I wore at the ceremony was the most romantic dress I’ve ever seen.
“It truly felt like me. And most of all, it made me feel like I feel when I’m with Dom: beautiful. That’s how he makes me feel,” she added to Vogue.
Miley joined the bridesmaids as she stunned in an ice-blue dress, holding a bouquet of flowers.
Tish wore a breathtaking strapless lace bridal gown with a long tulle veil, while Dominic opted for a more traditional look.
He wore an unbuttoned white dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up showing off his vest top underneath, with black trousers.
