Molly-Mae Hague cruelly mum-shamed as she gives tour of mansion with baby Bambi

Molly-Mae Hague's fans have hit out at trolls who have claimed the new mum made a "huge mistake" by carrying her newborn baby into her home.

Molly-Mae, 23, gave birth on Monday, 23 January, and as since shared a sweet clip of the moment she brought her daughter home alongside beau Tommy Fury, also 23.

In the black and white video, the former Love Island star carried Bambi into their £3.5 million mansion and gave the tiny tour a tour of her new home as Molly gently patted her back.

She then held Bambi up as she gave her a kiss on the head before heading into her lavish nursery.

Molly-Mae emotionally captioned the post: "Bringing the most precious gift in the world home. I cry with happiness every time I watch this video."

In like of posting the video online, Molly has faced criticism by some who claimed the 23 year old should have brought Bambi in in her car seat rather than being carried.

"Sorry to be baby police but you should have carried Bambi in the car seat," one critic commented, as someone else wrote: "Omg she stepped out of vehicle without holding her tiny head and neck".

"No hate but should she not have been in a car seat?" questioned another.

People have since flocked to Molly's defence, however, labelling the mum-shaming she's been subjected to as unfair.

"The amount of hate and Mam shaming Molly Mae is receiving is INSANE," wrote on person. "No new mother should be subject to that much criticism, she’s just sharing the moments any other new parents do on their own social media and people are dragging her. It’s actually awful, poor girl."

"Why is molly mae getting hate for having a child? the girl literally cannot BREATHE without someone crying about it, let the girly live," said someone else.

Echoing similar sentiments, a third went on: "People just love to hate on Molly Mae for anything. Saw people once under a post saying it was shameful she got her hair dyed while pregnant as if loads of blonde haired people don’t do it. Every new mother struggles at first I doubt she needs this too."

The criticism the Pretty Little Thing creative director has received has sparked Molly to turn off the comments on some of her posts, including on her baby name reveal.

While some have voiced their dislike of the name Bambi, the likes of her Paris Fury and Frankie Essex have both said they like the unique moniker.
