Molly-Mae Hague has shared an honest look at her return to exercise as she filmed herself getting back in the gym just three and a half weeks after giving birth to her baby daughter Bambi.
The 23 year old Love Island star, who is in a relationship with fellow runner-up and boxer Tommy Fury, also 23, who is gearing up for his boxing match against Jake Paul, seemed motivated to get back to her regular work-out routine as she began with the StairMaster.
Wearing a black fitness top and grey leggings, Molly-Mae put in her earphones and swept her blonde locks up into a loose bun as she got serious about the session.
"First day back moving!" the reality TV favourite told her followers.
With her hands on her hips, the PrettyLittleThing creative director also showed off her session on the treadmill before another clip of her tired and out of breath for balance.
The social media influencer then posted a short video of her doing squats too, as she opened up on her postpartum body.
"These videos made me realise my bum has tripled in size from having Bambi…" the new mum laughed. "Some serious toning needed but I'll get there in time!"
Alongside a snap of her posing in the plush gym, Molly-Mae then added she was "so beyond excited" to get her fitness back after pregnancy and giving birth.
The star even shared a snap of the last time she went to the gym before giving birth to Bambi, as she showed off her blooming baby bump in a throwback photo.
"Never felt so ready to get my body back moving again," she told fans, later explaining that she'd made sure to consult with her midwife before starting to exercise again.
"The last week I have felt fully recovered and ready to move my body gradually again. Just wanted to clear that up," Molly-Mae said on another story.
It comes as the new mum and baby Bambi said an emotional goodbye to Tommy, who jetted off to Saudi Arabia earlier this week.
The star is gearing up to fight his long-time nemesis and YouTuber Jake in a highly-anticipated grudge match, and has been training harder than ever in recent weeks to ensure he wins.
Molly-Mae shared a series of sweet snaps with the father of her child as they cuddled up for their goodbyes in the hallway.
"And he's off to go and get that win. We will miss you dadda… So beyond proud of you," she wrote in one, as they smiled at the table.
While in another, Bambi was breastfeeding as Molly-Mae leaned up to share a smooch with her beau.
"Our champ," the proud mum-of-one wrote, as she joked her little tot "couldn't get off the boob for the pic".
In previous fights, Molly-Mae has done her utmost to support and cheer on Tommy, but it's early days to fly out to the Middle East with her newborn tot.
