Morgan Wallen and Taylor Swift were among the big winners at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards.

At the annual event held last Sunday, Wallen won 11 awards, including top male artist, top Hot 100 artist, top streaming songs artist, top country artist, top country male artist and top country tour.

His song “Last Night” was named top Hot 100 song, top streaming song and top country song.

“Like the song says, ‘You win some, you lose some.’ The last awards show I went to, we came home empty-handed,” Wallen said in his acceptance speech, referring to 2023 CMA Awards, where he was nominated in three categories.

“This one, I don’t have enough hands for them all. So either way, I promise I’m gonna stay the same, whether we come home with 10 or zero. I’m gonna give y’all my all, every single night and every time I go into the studio,” he added. “All these awards are really, it’s for my fans. So thank you guys so much.”

Swift was the biggest female winner of the night with 10 awards, including top artist, top female artist, top Billboard 200 artist, top hot 100 songwriter and top Billboard global 200 artist.

As a result, she tied Drake for the most awards in Billboard Music Awards history.
