A ‘wild’ new Netflix thriller is bringing viewers to tears and leaving them with anxiety.

‘Nowhere,’ starring Anna Castillo, dropped exclusively onto the streaming platform on September 29.

The tense Spanish survival drama follows a pregnant woman called Mia who’s hiding in a shipping container onboard a boat, after fleeing a brutal totalitarian country.

After the container gets knocked overboard due to a violent storm, she finds herself alone inside it and drifting through the sea – trapped, she gives birth and is forced to survive to save her baby.

The movie has quickly attracted attention and viewers from around the world are taking to social media to recommend the ‘masterpiece’.

Anna Castillo, who takes on the important role of Mia, is an award-winning Spanish actress – her first big film was The Olive Tree, where she played the role of Alma and won a Goya Award for Best New Actress.

Her characters story is bringing fans to tears and left on the edge of their seats, with one X user writing ‘That Nowhere movie on Netflix was wild as hell it’s 1am and I’m over here bawling my eyes out’.
