Nick Cannon dropped a surprise on his social media followers after appearing to announce he’s expecting another child – which could be his 10th.
The Wild N Out host casually shared an Instagram video on Wednesday from a photo shoot, where model Brittany Bell is seen with a well-grown baby bump.
‘Time Stopped and This Happened… @missbbell ❤️😍🥰🌞 #Sunshine #SonRISE,’ he captioned the post.
If Brittany is indeed currently pregnant, it will be Nick’s third child with her as the two already share son Golden, five, and daughter Powerful Queen, one.
It also comes just a month after Nick, 41, welcomed his eighth child with model Bre Tiesi.
The TV presenter is also father to 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe, who he shares with ex-wife Mariah Carey, one-year-old twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with Abby De La Rosa, and late son Zen, who died last December from brain cancer, with Alyssa Scott.
There could be more on the way too as, in June, Abby announced she was pregnant again and expecting a baby girl. She did not reveal the father’s identity but rumours are rife that it is Nick’s child.
When recently asked if he’s expecting three more kids, Nick said on Angela Yee’s Lip Service podcast: ‘When you say “on the way…” what count are you at? Let’s just put it this way… the stork is on the way.’
He then laughed: ‘I don’t know, it could be… If you thought it was a lot of kids last year.’
Nick then explained that he ‘fell victim’ to the vagina after experiencing depression following the death of his son Zen.
‘I fell victim to it ’cause I was in a weak state. So December, especially right before Christmas, I started f*****g like crazy… so I broke the celibacy,’ he told the hosts.
‘But I was probably celibate for a month and a half strong – I was trying to do it. I had a new show, new energy, I was dealing with a lot.’
In September 2021, Nick revealed his therapist advised him to try the period of celibacy.
Of course, it didn’t last and the comedian explained why he’s chosen to have such a large brood.
‘I come from a big family, I have several siblings, [and] being raised in an unorthodox family by my grandparents at times, I’ve experienced such a wide range of upbringing that I have such a love and passion for kids and family,’ he said at the time.
‘I want a big family too. The Lord has blessed me with what I asked. Ask and you shall receive.’
