‘He’s A Liar!’ Piers Morgan Blasts Omid Scobie

Piers Morgan has issued an apology to viewers after going a bit too heavy with the fake tan during an appearance on his TalkTV show on Wednesday evening. The 58-year-old retweeted a video of himself from the episode where he was speaking about Taylor Swift, explaining he was sorry for overdoing it with the tan and apparently resembling Donald Trump.

He took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to write: “UPDATE: My fabulous @PiersUncensored make-up artist Celine says I overdid the dark orange last night (I’m self-applying from home – thanks covid). Apologies to any viewers offended by my Trumpian aesthetics.” (sic)

Fans rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts on the funny blunder from Wednesday night. One X user said: “Kudos to transparency! Even the best have makeup mishaps. @PiersUncensored keeping it real with a touch of humor.” (sic)

Another person expressed: “It seems you’re playfully addressing your makeup choices, acknowledging the potential resemblance to a Trumpian style. Humor and self-awareness can add a light touch to personal reflections.” (sic)

A third added: “I didn’t want to say… but… I had flashbacks of you on GMB in 2020,” alongside several crying with laughter emojis. While a fourth sarcastically wrote: “Dark orange looks good on you @piersmorgan.” (sic)
