Theo James flashes his privates in full frontal bathroom scene leaving White Lotus viewers shocked | The Sun

THEO James left viewers stunned as he flashed his privates a full frontal scene in the latest episode of White Lotus.

The British actor, 37, stars in the HBO comedy-drama which follows the employees and guests of the White Lotus resort, with the current season being set in Sicily.

In one scene from the new series Theo appears fully naked in a bathroom and leaves nothing to the imagination.

However all may not be as it seems as HBO often uses prosthetics – something many fans were quick to point out.

Sharing a grab of the steamy moment, one wrote on Twitter: "And the award goes to Theo James for The White Lotus."

Another joked: "secured the Emmy nomination."

However someone else said: "Very obviously a prosthetic."

And a fourth added: "I was thinking the same thing…is this real or fake??"

Theo joined White Lotus for the second season and stars as Cameron Babcock, the husband of Daphne, played by Meghann Fahy.

It's not the first time the show has aired an X-rated scene.

In season one's pilot episode saw character Mark – played by Steve Zahn – spread out on a bed with his bathrobe open, fully exposing him.

But Steve, 54, later revealed that not only was it a prosthetic it was even a stand-in actor.

He told the Hollywood Reporter: "I didn't even have to do that part.

"It's somebody else wearing a prosthetic. That's about as absurd as it gets, right?"

The White Lotus is available on Now TV right now and airs on Sky Atlantic tonight at 9pm.
