Pregnant former Love Island star Shaughna Phillips has hinted at the gender of her unborn child after going shopping for baby clothes.
The 28 year old posted a teasing snap to her Instagram stories as she wrote: "Went shopping today for baby stuff and just noticed my belly in the bottom."
There are two items of clothing that can be seen in the snap, and at first glance, it looks like she could be having a boy, as a cream polo neck top with coloured stripes can be seen.
In the background, though, is a cute denim dress with flower embroidery and, on closer inspection, the length of the polo top could suggest it's actually a dress – meaning she could be having a baby girl.
Shaughna's outfit could just be seen in the snap, as she appeared to be going for comfort in a matching lougewear set as she showed a glimpse of her blossoming baby bump.
Shaughna previously revealed exclusively to OK! that she and her partner would like a little girl, but that they weren't planning on finding out the gender of their unborn child, as they're currently living at Shaughna's mum's house and they "don't have room for anything".
When asked if she had a preference on the gender, Shaughna said: "We both want a little girl, so I’m trying to manifest it. If I do have a boy and he reads this in a few years, I’m really sorry! But I do want a girl."
Shaughna announced last week that she was expecting her first child with her mystery boyfriend with a sweet video compilation that included her sonogram.
Alongside the video, Shaughna wrote: "Our greatest chapter yet…" with a star and a white love heart emoji.
She is due in March 2023, which means she is around five months pregnant.
Shaugna is yet to reveal the identity of her boyfriend and father of her unborn child, as he doesn't want to be in the spotlight.
She's previously spoken about him, as she said: "I've been dating someone who is also a surrogate dad to my fur babies.
"I used to say [to my dates], 'I'd like to keep my relationship private, if that's ok with you?'
"And if they said, 'Oh no, why would you keep my private?' I'm like, red flag. But this guy was like, 'I don't ever want to be in the public eye anyway,' and I was like, I like that answer.
Despite saying that, she also said: "If I could share him, I would."
Speaking to OK!, Shaughna explained: "He just doesn’t want to be in the public eye. I have to respect his wishes. Never say never.
"I’m sure one day he will be out there because he’s such a big part of my life. But for now, he’s OK sitting in the background."
She also revealed that she and her boyfriend had known each other since they were teenagers, however, the timing wasn't right as they both had different partners throughout the years.
She told OK! :"We were friends beforehand and then we got together romantically around summer 2020.
"It was around the time things started to open again after lockdown and we could mingle. And then we went back into multiple lockdowns and he moved into my flat. So we kind of fast-tracked."
