Pregnant Stacey Solomon ‘feels behind’ as she’s done ‘absolutely nothing’ for baby’s nursery

Stacey Solomon has opened up on her worries about "being behind" with organisation in her pregnancy as she admitted to fans she's done "absolutely nothing" for her unborn baby's nursery.

The 33 year old star has had quite the week after announcing she is expecting her fifth child, and third with husband Joe Swash, 40, to her followers only a couple of days after Christmas.

But the main surprise was that the Loose Women panellist had managed to hide her baby bump throughout the duration, as she then revealed on December 30 she is also eight months along with an incredible photoshoot that showed off her blooming belly.

Having revealed she and Joe also found out "much later" than most people do that they were expecting, it makes sense the Tap to Tidy author hasn't had the time to get ready.

With daughter Rose, who is now one, Stacey was documenting her preparations throughout the pregnancy, and regularly showed fans updates on her floral nursery at Pickle Cottage.

But in a Q&A with her followers, the Sort Your Life Out presenter admitted this time round was incredibly different.

Asked the question "Have you started baby's room at Pickle Cottage?", Stacey giggled in response.

"Noooo. I wish I had," she wrote over the top of her Instagram story. "We just haven't had the time… But I know really baby will be in with us for the first year, (or 15 if they're anything like the others) so I need to just not put too much pressure on myself to get things all together and sorted before baby comes."

The TV star then revealed that "so many" of her followers had been asking her the same question and she was starting to worry.

"I've done absolutely nothing in terms of a nursery. Nothing," Stacey laughed to the camera as she lay down in bed.

"I really wish I had, I feel very unorganised and really behind, but that's just me being silly because realistically they don't come out of your bed for like a year do they?

"They sleep in your room with you, for at least a year," the former X Factor singer continued to reason.

Stacey went on to joke again that her own children, which also consist of Zachary, 14, Leighton, 10, and Rex, three, and Joe's eldest son Harry, 15, are still coming in and out of the master bedroom in the night.

"If you're anything like me and Joe it can be like 15 years and they're still coming in, so I've just got to get over it and if I can't start until the baby arrives then I can't start til baby arrives, and if I can then I can," she declared.

Ending on a hilarious guffaw, Stacey added: "But no, so far, I've got nothing!"

It comes as Stacey also seemed to drop a hint about the gender of her unborn baby, which is the last big reveal she is yet to drop.

But in her latest Q&A, the star said that while she's really struggling to think of baby names, she really likes "floral" ones.

One fan commented that there are "not many floral boys names" out there, and Stacey has already named her only daughter Rose, so could be hinting at another one in the same vein.

She also revealed that former EastEnders star Joe likes vintage names like Betty and Arthur, as some fans possibly picked up on the fact Joe said a girl's name first.

In the Q&A, Stacey also opted for a pink tracksuit and shared a snap of her blooming baby bump, which could be another tiny hint to the tot's gender.
