Continuing the bold statement, they added to the look by wearing a classy black double-breasted blazer, matching with trousers and a shirt. They further accessorised with a graphic printed Vivienne Westwood tie, while sporting a moustache.
The songwriter, who uses they/them pronouns, attended David Barton and Susanne Bartsch’s Annual Toy Drive and festive party. They went to the event at Gym U in New York.
Also in attendance was Sam’s boyfriend Christian Cowan. Christian, 28, is a fashion designer and the pair have been romantically linked since the start of the year. Sam teamed the statement piece with a chic black suit.
Hosting the evet was Christian and Marc Jacobs, amongst others. The efforts and proceeds were to benefit children in need. All the guest in attendance donated toys.

Speaking with The Sun, Sam admitted: ‘I’ve never really kind of played by the rule book.”
“I love people and whoever I fall for, that’s who I fall for. I don’t know who that’s going to be”.
Discussing their gender, Sam said: “Now I don’t know what gender they will be, to be quite honest, and that’s a freeing thing,”
They continued: “To not be limited to one category of person. I just fall in love with whoever I fall in love with.’
However, Sam has admitted that their love life has influenced the music they write.
In the past, Sam has been linked to Francois Rocci, Jonathon Zeizel and Jay Camilleri.
“And so [the Love Goes album is] more about me and my journey after that, really. But yeah, it is basically a break-up album”.
“I generally have never really thought about people, any human beings, in rigid terms.”
“I’ve grown up in a family where the gender power balance and all these things were completely shifted.”
