The trailer for Selena Gomez‘s upcoming new documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me has just been released!

Apple TV+ debuted the trailer on Monday (October 10), which is World Mental Health Day, in support of global mental health education and awareness, as the 30-year-old entertainer shares her own journey in the new film.

Here’s a synopsis: After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness. This uniquely raw and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light.

“I’m a little nervous but also excited to share this side of me with you all,” Selena shared ahead of dropping the trailer.

“Every breath, a breakthrough. In honor of #WorldMentalHealthDay I wanted to share the trailer for my documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me,” she added as the trailer released.

Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me will premiere November 4th on Apple TV+.
