She also mentioned her carefree attitude towards her performances, saying she doesn't worry "about what people think of my dancing" as she simply does what feels right for her on stage.

But I am 42 so it's probably time to just watch them grow up now. It's hard though. Tricky. When asked about her husband Richard's thoughts on their large family, she shared: "He is pretty chill… Rich. I don't think he instigated many of the last few to be honest. He just kind of went… ok then. When I was little I was an only child until I was 8. Then my brother Jackson was born and I was absolutely obsessed with him and I think that sowed the seed. He [Jackson] was a fresh start and that's something that's hardwired in me. That babies are good."
Giving a peek into their family life, her mum Janet, famous for presenting Blue Peter, posted a picture of Sophie with all five of her children, celebrating a birthday. She captioned the post: "Happiest of birthdays to my darling first born (with her five borns)." The star also commented on her birthday, saying she "likes getting older and said it was a "privilege."
