Sophie Turner has bombshell letter that will ‘come back to haunt Joe Jonas’

Sophie Turner breaks silence after confirming split with Joe Jonas

The details surrounding Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’ split and now their divorce case are getting more complicated by the day.

In the latest revelation, it seems that the Jonas Brothers singer’s words are coming back to haunt him.

Turner has revealed a bombshell that could help her win the divorce case in court documents filed earlier this week.

Her estranged husband once wanted to make a future with their daughters in England, and Turner has proof literally spelled out in a recent letter he wrote.

Jonas allegedly penned the note on June 16 — only three months before he filed for divorce — and the reason it was written is even more interesting.

It’s claimed the singer wanted to buy a “forever home.”

The letter was a result of trying to persuade a homeowner into selling the famous couple their property in Wallingford, Oxford.

It’s claimed Jonas, 34, wrote to the seller: “When my wife and I decided we were going to spend more time in the UK and search for a permanent home, our daughter expressed three unwavering requirements: having chickens, a pony and a Wendy house.”

He continued: “While many of the houses we viewed met this criteria, the moment we turned the corner and caught sight of the charming blue shutters adorning [redacted], we experienced a sense of magic unlike anything we had felt before.”

The Lovebug singer then disscussed the qualities of the $7.5 million estate that he loved best, explaining how he found the “beautiful walled garden” and the sight of the owner’s children enjoying a picnic there to be “simply heavenly!”

Jonas then revealed how he had even spoken to Turner’s father about the house.

“My father-in-law is an incredibly keen gardener, and he was suitably impressed by your vegetable garden too, a very important sign off!” the What A Man Gotta Do singer said.

Most importantly, Jonas also noted how he had envisioned himself living in England, writing: “I have been completely charmed by the idea of dropping my children to school on the boat and being able to spend a leisurely afternoon cruising to the pub with friends on my very own boat.”

Jonas even praised the homeowner for the layout of their home, claiming one of the massive rooms would be great for a recording studio.

He added: “We could tell that your family have truly loved living here and we can envision our children growing up here and making this our forever home. I really think Sophie and I will be able to look after [redacted names] and for many years pay homage to the magic you have created here.”

The letter moved the seller so much that they accepted his and Turner’s offer.

The former couple then placed a 10 percent deposit, £750,000 ($914,130), on the house on July 7, two months before separating.

Per court documents, Jonas also allegedly texted one of Turner’s sister-in-laws when the payment went through, writing: “Well, Sophie and I officially own a home in the UK.”

The sale of the “forever home” is set to be finalised on December 2 of this year, also per the court docs.

However, a source told Page Six that the house is in escrow and the sale “never closed.”

Turner, 27, claims in the court filing that the purchase of the property was months in the making.

The Games of Thrones alum alleges she and Jonas “agreed and committed to relocate to England” in late 2022.

They then put their home in Miami on the market, which was sold by August.

In the court docs, Turner says that her and Jonas’ eldest daughter, Willa, 3, was then enrolled in a nursery full time in England and Wales after April.

The English actress claims much of the family’s personal belongings were “shipped” to the UK between May 5 and July 31.

She argues in the filing that because neither she nor Jonas live in Miami full-time anymore, the city’s court should not have jurisdiction over their pending divorce and therefore wants the case dismissed.

Now, the pair have agreed to keep their girls in New York City.

Jonas’ rep claims that he and Turner agreed to raise their girls “both in the US and the UK.”

If the case in Miami is dismissed, then Turner could have the divorce heard by a UK judge, giving her home-court advantage, which could end badly for Jonas.
