Taylor Swift’s BFF Brittany Mahomes wants to ‘play matchmaker’ for Sophie Turner with one of her husband Patrick Mahomes’ friends
Taylor Swift’s new friend, Brittany Mahomes, reportedly wants to ‘play matchmaker’ for their mutual pal Sophie Turner amid her ongoing divorce from her estranged husband Joe Jonas.
Just a week after the former Game of Thrones actress, 27, was spotted kissing British billionaire, Peregrine Pearson, in France, Patrick Mahomes’ wife, 28, is interested in setting up the star with one of her spouse’s buddies or teammates.
‘Brittany knows Sophie is newly single and has hung [out] with her before when Sophie attended one of the [Kansas City Chiefs] games,’ a source told Page Six. ‘She would love to help play matchmaker.’
The insider noted that Brittany thinks the mother-of-two is a ‘doll’ and ‘would love to’ find her a new partner.

In addition to hanging out in the same box suite during the New York Jets-Kansas City Chiefs game at MetLife Stadium, alongside Swift, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, last month, Brittany and Turner enjoyed an epic girls night earlier this week.
The duo were joined by Swift, Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne, Lyndsay Bell and Paige Buechele as they grabbed sushi in New York City.
Taylor became fast friends with Brittany, after she started dating Travis Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Meanwhile, Turner and Swift have been inseparable since news of the Emmy Award winner’s split from Jonas, who previously broke up with the Cardigan singer in 2008 during a 25-second phone call when they were teenagers.
The stars have been friendly since 2019, when they instantly hit it off while sharing a sofa on The Graham Norton show.
Turner is reportedly staying at Swift’s apartment with her two daughters, Willa, three, and Delphine, one, in the city amid the divorce.

In September, a source told People: ‘Sophie is doing OK. She is happy to be back with her girls. Working in Europe was very hard for her. She missed her girls.’
‘Taylor has opened her home to Sophie,’ the insider continued to the outlet. ‘Sophie is welcome there any time. Taylor continues to be a great friend.’
That same month, Jonas officially filed for divorce from Turner. In October, the pair reached a temporary custody agreement over their children.
In court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, the stars will each have two weeks at a time with their daughters and the little ones will also split time in both the U.S. and the U.K. – Sophie’s home country.
Sophie and Joe also released a joint statement: ‘After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S. and the UK. We look forward to being great co-parents.’
