This Mornings Alison Hammond set to be offered own panel show by ITV rival

Alison Hammond could be fronting her very own panel show, as TV bosses are eyeing the hilarious star up for new opportunities in her presenting career.

While mum of one Alison, 47, is now a favourite of This Morning, a source says she is reportedly set to land her own panel show on rival channel Sky, after she was signed up for the BBC game show I Can See Your Voice, and has just starred in the Sainsbury’s 2022 Christmas advert.

A source told The Sun: "It remains to be seen if This Morning bosses will give her a higher wage and a higher-profile role on the show to ensure she stays with them.

“If not, the Sky show is unlikely to be the last tempting offer she receives.”

OK! approached Alison's representatives and ITV for comment.

Alison was previously hired to front a reboot of Wheel Of Fortune for ITV, but it was scrapped. The source claims this makes the new Sky show an even better opportunity for the star.

Alison celebrated her 20 years since joining This Morning this year, and the presenter recently gushed over her friendship with co-star Josie Gibson.

Alison recently revealed on the Table Manners podcast that Josie, 37, and her four year old son Reggie would be coming to her home for Christmas dinner this year.

"This year, I have quite a big household," she began.

"My brother will be there, my son, Josie always comes with her little boy."

Podcast host Jessie Ware asked: "Does she? I love her!"

"Yes, so she was there last year and she's here this year. Then I've got my housemate Jason and his dog Bobby and that's it this year," the TV host added.

Josie previously opened up about her close friendship with Alison in an exclusive interview with OK!.

The star said they're "really close" and spoke to each other "every day during lockdown" in 2020.

"Alison actually got me through lockdown. She was there for me on the phone every night, and we decided to get very spiritual together," she shared.

“I love her. Being around Alison is like having a permanent hug."
