The Only Way is Essex's Roman Hackett has had his £40,000 Mercedes stolen from outside his home.

The 19 year old, who was recently seen kissing Love Island's Danica Taylor, took to Instagram to inform his followers of the unfortunate incident as he appealed for information to help him locate it.

Alongside a snap of the luxury car, Roman wrote: "My car's been stolen from outside my house! If anyone sees it message me straight away".

He then took to his Instagram stories again to say: "I appreciate it. You know what's mad? I've been robbed twice in the past two weeks.

"I got robbed at the airport on my way back from Rome, my suitcase. But it's even worse now. I had all my garms in the whip, I had about five pairs of trainers in there, LV bag…"

He continued: "So if you see anything being sold, let me know please."

A number of high-profile stars have been the victim of car theft recently, including Pete Wicks, Myles Barnett, Mark Wright and Olivia Attwood.

Roman recently set tongues wagging as he was seen leaving ITVs Summer Party with Love Island's Liberty Poole, 22, as the pair left the event in high spirits with their arms wrapped around one another.

The pair were seen looking very cosy at the event as they interlinked hands, and Liberty was seen throwing her head back in laughter as Roman smiled sweetly at her.

Despite this, Liberty recently spoke exclusively to OK! about her love life, explaining that she's "happily single" after dating one guy when she first left the villa in 2021.

And after things didn't work out, Dancing on Ice star Liberty, 23, said she's "bored of boys" and wants to focus on herself and her own happiness.

"I dated one person out of the public eye for a while when I first left the villa, but that didn’t work out, so now I’m focusing on myself," said Liberty. "I’m not going to lie, I’m just bored of boys! I’m sick of going through the same s**t with a different boy."

She continued: "I don’t know whether it’s my age group, or whether it’s just dating in general, but I feel like social media has such an impact on dating.

"Boys can have an amazing girl but feel like they’re only getting 80 per cent from them, so they look on Instagram for the [other] 20 per cent. The cheek! They always think the grass is greener."

Liberty – who coupled up with Jake Cornish on the dating show – added: "I’d rather be an independent boss lady than settle for that," before revealing that she isn't writing any future romances off for good.

"I’m not closing the door on my dating life, though. If the right person comes along, I’ll be over the moon," she shared.
