Claim To Fame season two is coming to an end!
The two-hour season finale airs TONIGHT (August 28) on ABC, with hosts Kevin and Franklin Jonas.
There are four contestants left, including “Monay,” who has been able to keep her celebrity relative’s identity a secret throughout the entire competition.
Her fellow competitors have made some guesses, but haven’t quite actually figured out who she is related to!
Ahead of the finale, we’re taking a look at all of her clues that have been revealed on the show so far and who we believe she is related to.

Before the season started, Monay revealed the last text from her relative was, “Bring home the money,” and she is going in with these words describing her strategy: Friendly, Smart, Sneaky.
Check out all of the clues revealed about her below, and our best guess at who her celebrity relative is…
WEEK 1 CLUES: Monay shared in two truths and a lie that her relative is her father, he is most well known as an athlete, and the biggest award he has is an Emmy.
WEEK 3 CLUES: In the challenge, they showed Monay’s headshot with three clues to her relative – a fedora, a cloud/lightning bolt and a lock on a necklace. Karsyn has guessed that the fedora relates to Steve Harvey, with all of the games and the “Family Is Everything” sign on the clue board adding up.
WEEK 5 CLUES: During the episode, Gabriel won the challenge and Monay said he could pick her clue, and that he did. Her winners clue revealed the following – A calendar with Saturday circled, a moon with two Zs, a satellite, an “&”, a car on a curb, a “finger pointing at me,” a happy person and a comedy mask. Gabriel figured out from that Saturday Night Live and Curb Your Enthusiasm, suspecting her relative has appeared on both shows.
WEEK 6 CLUES: In the lie detector test challenge, Monay was asked the following, which she said yes to all: Is your relative a game show host, an actor, on 30 Rock, does standup?
WEEK 7 CLUES: In the paper shred challenge, it was revealed that Monay’s relative is 57, was born in 1965 in Plymouth, NC; they do have kids; their last known whereabouts was “Spotted renting a ____ at Blockbuster”; and their priors include “Won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Actor in a Short Form Comedy or Drama, Is the Face of _____ Sportsbook commercials, starred in _____ of Hollywood.”
WEEK 8 CLUES: In the challenge, the clue to Monay’s relative read, “Jake Gyllenhaal was in Spider-Man Far From Home with Monay’s relative.” Chris brought up a new speculation about who her relative is, saying Jaleel White, aka Steve Urkel from Family Matters.

Our best guess is that she is related to comedian and actor JB Smoove!
JB has in fact been on both Saturday Night Live and Curb Your Enthusiasm, he wears hats and fedoras quite often, and he has won one Emmy, for Outstanding Actor In A Short Form Comedy Or Drama Series in 2021 for the Quibi series Mapleworth Murders, where he played Chief Billy Bills.
