A SINGER has hit out at trolls who claimed her boobs needed ‘more lift’ after she wore a braless gown to an award show.
Tanerélle Stephens, from California, attended the Black Entertainment Television (BET) awards last night, wearing a black and gold dress with a plunging neckline.
Getting ready for a red carpet event is stressful enough, but one guest came under fire because she decided not to wear a bra with her outfit.
Tanerélle, 24, hit out at trolls who claimed her breasts needed ‘more lift’ in the dress, revealing she debated wearing tape but then decided against it.
Her powerful message, which she shared on Twitter and Instagram, has since gone viral after being liked thousands of times, with other women hailing her as an inspiration.
She wrote: “To all the negative comments about today’s look, I don’t need to lift my breast to wear a f******g dress.
“I’m a woman and my natural tits hang and I f****** love it and I have no intention of changing it to suit your gaze.
“I’m out here living my dreams focus on better things.”
Tanerélle, whose songs have been played in H&M and on Teen Mom, added: “According to some I missed a critical step yesterday when getting ready.
“What they don’t know is I literally had a fat ass piece of tape stuck from the bottom of my left boob to the top of my shoulder, looked at it & made a conscious decision to take it off because I actually loved the way my natural breasts looked in comparison to the “perfect” option.
“Last time I checked what I thought about how I look was all that mattered, so I’m gonna keep going with that cause it’d be f*****g impossible to please EVERYONE when it comes to ME.
“I can’t be everyone’s favorite and I don’t wanna be, but as long as I’m able to go home and feel yummy about myself, especially from the self hate that I’ve spent my life growing out of.”
Tanerélle, also a model and instrumentalist, said women need to stop worrying about what other people think of their body.

The songstress added: “What I do care about is noticing that so many women are still stuck in a daze of self hate, people pleasing and projecting how you feel about you in an attempt to make someone feel the same.
"You owe it to yourself to at least try to embrace the parts of you you don’t like because someone else said you shouldn’t.
"Your body, no matter what it looks like is doing all it can everyday to keep you alive and thriving, that to me deserves all the fucking love and care I can give, so I’m gonna."
She finished her post by writing: “Cheers to the tits!!! Small tits, big tits, fake tits, no tits, all tits! And cheers to being a f***** woman.”
The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) revealed that breast enlargement is the most popular plastic surgery.
Last year 7,727 women went under the knife to enhance their chest, with the NHS estimating the cost of breast implant surgery is around £3,500-£7,000.
People have praised Tanerélle’s attitude, with one person commenting on Twitter: “It's sad that people aren't used to the natural variety but indoctrinated to only tolerate what's served and approved by gate-keeping industries as desirable.
“So everyone not matching that look feels deficient and nobody wants to be called a freak to NOT act appalled.”

Another person said: “Seeing your tweet has made me feel a lot more confident about my breasts as they are and not how I think they should look. Thank you so much.”
But some people still criticised Tanerélle, with somebody else writing: “I really understand your point buh sometimes less is more!
"This is way more than needed and I’d honestly prefer em perky.”
