Crown Princess Mary looked wonderful as ever as she hosted a traditional soirée for 350 guests. The royal looked beautiful as she took part in some elaborate dancing at Christiansborg Castle. The royal opted for a floor-length fuchsia gown.

The Crown Princess of Denmark opted for a one-shoulder David Anderson gown, complete with a thick purple panel around the waist.

Princess Mary has been spotted wearing this garment before, with designer David Anderson stating on Instagram: “Proud that 10 years later the dress still looks sharp.”

He continued in praise of the stylish royal: “Worn by the most beautiful Crown Princess.”

The royal looked equally stunning in this timeless garment for the Royal Wedding of Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Charlene of Monaco on July 2, 2011.

As for accessories, the Crown Princess opted for a new pair of shoes which she had not been spotted in before.

These were the Gianvito Rossi 105 Hot Pink Satin Pumps, which are believed to be retailed at £600.

The official Gianvoto Rossi website reads: “As if finely molded from a thin sheet of gleaming metal, the signature Gianvito 105 stiletto pump dazzles all around, seductively reflecting the light from every angle, step after step. Handmade in Italy.”

She opted for diamond jewellery, including her wedding tiara, which was a gift from Queen Margrethe II and Prince Henrik of Denmark.

The tiara boasts a row of pearls at the bottom, plus several diamond heart and fleur-de-lis motifs across the top.

She paired this with statement three-strand diamond drop earrings, unveiled because the royal wore her hair in a bun.

The royal carried her J. Furmani Stone Flap Clutch in Silver, featuring an interior slide pocket, concealable chain and a crystal and rhinestone design on flap cover.

This was not a new purchase, but expertly complemented Princess Mary’s dimaond earrings and tiara.

She also wore a light blue sash, which represents the Order of the Elephant, over her left shoulder.

@thedonn884 said that the dress fits Mary “like a dream”. @angeliki95 added: “She probably was sooo exhausted from NYC but she still looks breathtaking.”

@shelby_c_rogers added: “Love all her repeats. Her clothes are always tailored to perfection and she just had the best darn smile.”

@isabelq42 commented: “She looks gorgeous from head to toe. Love seeing this dress again. It’s been a while and the fourth time she’s worn it.

“She wore it in 2011 to events at the Monaco wedding. In 2012 she wore it to the State dinner during the Chinese state visit. In 2017 she wore it to a Badge of Honor dinner for military personnel.

“She remains the QUEEN of rewears! And shoutol out to Frederik for looking handsome as always. They must be exhausted!”

@gramsie added: “She is so pretty every time she is photographed.”

@courtmanchu commented: “There’s just nothing not to love about this outfit. Perfection.”
