Couple share their unique shower flooring that's covered in river stones – and people are all saying the same thing | The Sun

A COUPLE have revealed their unique river stone shower flooring seemed cooler in theory than it actually was in practice.

When TikTok user Kascha, believed to be from the USA, first moved into her new home, she and her partner thought the bathroom was very ''zen and sexy''.

Now only did it have a window perfect for letting natural light beam through, but the bathroom also had a shower that came with a unique flooring- dozens of river stones.

Initially, the couple were all chuffed with the aesthetic – but as they soon came to discover, the reality was not so sexy after all.

''Trying to clean the river stones of the former tenants' bodily cleanings – disgusting,'' Kascha said in her video.

''I'm not going to go into what we found within those stones.''

To make matters worse, the actual flooring structure underneath wasn't in a much better condition, as nothing appeared to have been done ''super properly''.

It wasn't just the shower foundation that was in a desperate need of fixing – the window, too, had some serious water damage, as well as mould, she added.

''We knew we were gonna have to get this professionally re-done.''

After spending a total of eight months finding the perfect tiles she liked the most, Kascha was finally able to create the bathroom of her dreams.
