A GLAMOROUS veterinarian has been accused of lying about not having had any cosmetic surgery.

She decided to hit back at social media trolls in a video explaining why her breasts seemed to have suddenly increased in size.

Cearra (@cearrab) has garnered over 63,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares her love of photography.

She took to the social media platform after people began to question a change in her appearance.

The influencer donned a plunging green top which showed her cleavage and a hoodie as she responded to the claims.

“‘Your boobs look fake,’” the text over the video read as it repeated a comment she’s received frequently.

“I changed my birth control,” Cearra explained.

She was accused of making excuses despite claiming that she would admit it if she had a breast augmentation.

She was visibly frustrated as the person continued to share their unsolicited opinion of her body.

“There’s no way they are real,” the commenter continued.

“They are real!” Cearra yelled in a rage.

She continued to explain herself in response to the assumptions about her appearance in the caption of her post.

“I promise y’all. I have nothing against getting them done and the people who do, I just didn’t [shrug],” she wrote.

The video quickly went viral and racked up almost 11,000 likes from people who were able to relate to the situation.

Many people took to the comment section in hysterics and complimented Cearra on her beauty.

“Even if they were fake, why would anyone else care? It’s your body,” one person wrote.

“Some people just don’t understand how hormones work,” another said.

“How do people not realize they change size kinda easy – pill, weight, stress…” a third chimed in.
