GARDENING fans are rushing to IKEA for a small kitchen item to transform their outdoor space.
The craze was sparked by home influencer Forever Home No.1 who turned a metal serving bowl into a fire bowl for less than £10 – and the bowl itself only costs £5.
The interior whizz shared a quick TikTok tutorial on how to recreate the design.
She purchased an IKEA BLANDA BLANK serving bowl, which is made of stainless steel and 28cm wide.
She then used two spray painting cans to first make the bowls white and then give them a “stone” effect.
With leftover coral white pebbles for her garden floor, she filled the bowls up.

In the middle of the pebbles, she placed an IKEA GRILLTIDER bowl for dip sauces.
The little stainless steel pots work out at £1.25 each in a packet of four for £5.
To make the bowl a fire bowl, she carefully placed lighter fluid inside the steel pot and used a long reach lighter to safely start the fire.
The DIY fire bowls now sit proudly on No.1’s outdoor tables and are perfect for cosy nights sat in the garden.

“You just need to let it burn the fuel until it runs out,” she advised about putting the fire out.
“I put less fuel in if I only want it on for a short time.”
People were blown away by the DIY decorations and vowed to try it themselves.
“I’m making this,” one fan of the design commented with a heart-eye emoji.
“So doing this, thanks!” another quipped.
Another fan simply stated: “Wow.”
