SKIMS is known for its sculpting pieces designed to suit every body type.
Despite its major success, some of the garments from Kim Kardashian's famed line have been cited by customers as leaving stains on their valuables.
Gigi, a woman whose designer bag was ruined by the dye on a Skims top, took to social media to caution others in a TikTok video.
It's not clear what the color of the top was, but it left dark-colored stains on the woman's brand new peach-colored Fendi bag.
She clarified that the top she was wearing was from Skims's 'New Vintage' collection.
And despite washing the top before using it, it still left a significant amount of residue on her upscale bag.

"Wash several times before you wear besties!!" she advised in the comments section of the clip.
And, it seems like GiGi isn't the only one that's experienced this fabric malfunction.
People flooded the comments section with stories of their individual Skims experiences, some giving advice on how to remove the stain, while others left cheeky remarks.
"My skims bodysuit stained my ribs and back and I got changed thinking I had bruises and was dying," one person shared.

With a hack to get Gigi's bag looking pristine, someone said: "An eraser will fix your bag! It usually does the trick."
"Tell me how the same thing happening with a $20 Fashion Nova top is happening with an $80 Skims top lol!" another critic mused.
"My new black Skims dress stained my WALL because I leaned against it," an additional person with a bad experience said.
