SHE nabbed a bargain haul from her local Asda – getting herself an entire trolley's worth of food for just £8.50.
So Giovanna decided to take to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to boast about her extraordinary finds.
Sharing a snap of the mass of food she'd snapped up from the reduced section of the supermarket, Giovanna wrote: "50p each absolute bargain.
"£8.50 for all of this in asda."
The picture showed what she'd bought, including a roast in the bag chicken, a gammon joint, several bags of mini chicken breast fillets and a boneless pork shoulder joint.
And while lots of people praised Giovanna for her haul, others weren't quite as complimentary.

"Hope when you're having it you think of all the families with nothing!" one wrote.
"Has she robbed the label maker off the trolley and done this herself?" another questioned.
While there were a few comments suggesting Giovanna should have donated some of the produce to a local food bank.
However, someone else argued: "In fact food banks cant make use of this type of fresh produce, or very rarely can.
