A WEIGHT loss coach has shared the high-protein meals that have helped her shed the pounds.
She might have lost a few inches, but she made it clear that she was not losing out on her favorite foods – mac and cheese included.
"My favorite high-protein meals 100 pounds down," said Sylvia Glass (@syl.eats).
The nutrition coach and boy mom said she lost the weight naturally – and with the help of some protein-packed plates.
"Shocker, you can have delicious food and still achieve your goals," she said.
A now slimmed-down Sylvia showed a photo of her previous self before following her meal plan that seemed more delicious than diet.
It certainly didn't seem like it would be a hardship to bite into the first dish on the list: Buffalo chicken mac and cheese.
She then added another food group with the BBQ chicken salad before moving on to what she called Marry Me Chicken.
Sylvia said I do to all that creamy looking scrumptiousness.
More protein came in the form of shrimp feta pasta and even loaded burger fries.

The weight loss coach found some happily surprised fans of her high-protein meals: "So much pasta!? Yum."
''Yes ma'am," Sylvia responded.
She also didn't deprive herself of Spaghetti squash and meatballs, and bruschetta chicken pasta.
Sylvia even showed followers how to make her meals, including another favorite on her page – the balsamic feta chicken.
