GETTING a haircut is a big moment for anyone, let alone if it's your first chop at three-years-old.
But one mum was left furious when her tot's hair was left totally wonky after a trip to the salon.
She explained on Mumsnet that her daughter "had lovely long dark hair which almost reached her bum, she loved it long as she said it made her feel pretty."
The tot loved having her locks styled by her mum in various styles but her ends needed a slight trim as well as her fringe, so it was time for a trip to the hairdressers.
The mum tasked her husband with taking their daughter to the hairdressers, she said: "I told him to make sure they don't take off any more than two inches."
But the daughter came home with hair loads shorter than she anticipated and the mum was furious with the tragic new do.

The mum was in dismay and fumed that her daughter hated the shorter look.
She wrote: "My daughter is upset and is adamant she hates it despite me trying to reassure her that she looks beautiful and that her hair will grow back longer and stronger."
She added: "I'm really upset about this, largely because she is upset but ffs just look at it. It isn't even straight."
Other parents were amazed by how uneven the haircut looked and urged the mum to take her back to the salon to get it fixed.
