A WOMAN who took her dog to the groomer was baffled when he came back looking like Richard Simmons.
Ino, an influencer from the Philippines, took her maltipoo for what she hoped would be a smooth and stylish haircut.
But she was stunned when it came back a scrawny, short-haired mutt with an afro.
Taking to TikTok with snaps of the pooch, Ino said: "I think the groomer gave me the wrong dog."
Before its haircut, the fluffy white dog could be seen licking its lips at a cake and a discarded crop top in adorable snaps.
Ino hoped that haircut would stop the dog's hair matting and getting infected with lice.

But it came back from the groomer deprived of most of its fur, with its paws hanging limp, its nose bulbous and its hair sheared into an afro.
Many people thought that the mutt, clad in a garish tank top, was a dead ringer for Richard Simmons – the flamboyant yet reclusive American aerobics personality.
Simmons was for many years believed to be held hostage by his housekeeper at the Beverley Hills compound where he lived with his three Dalmatians.
